1. How long does a custom design take?
Customs designs always vary from customer to customer. Typically, the turnaround time on a custom designed website it about 1.5-2 weeks.
2. How long does a premade template take to install?
Premade templates have a much faster turn around and are usually ready with in 1-2 business days.
3. What forms of payments are acceped?
We currently accept paypal only. Dont have paypal? No problem! You can still checkout with your credit card through paypal with out having to sign up for anything.
4. Are payments due up front?
Yes, all payments are due up front before any work is done.
5. What are your business hours?
You may view our designs and place orders 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. We design between the hours of 10-4 , Monday through Thursday & Saturday.
6. Am I required to host with DBS hosting?
Yes, Amberle Web Design works exclusively with DBS Hosting.
